12 - The Story of Us

I believe we all have a best friend. I don't think that anyone could not have a best friend. We all have that one friend we can count on. Well, I got five. I used to have six, but a boy happened. She chose her boyfriend over us, but now they're not together anymore. Anyway,  I still got my  five angels with me: Camille, Dainne, Danna, and Milka. They're the best people that anyone could ever ask for. Dainne and I, we've been classmates since freshmen until senior, but freshmen year, we weren't really close back then. Actually, I think we've only talked about 3 times? I didn't expect that we would be best friends in sophomore year. Same goes with Danna. We became classmates in sophomore year, but we also don't talk to each other that time because I thought that she is "maarte." Then junior year came, we (Dainne, Danna, and I) got in the first section. We had to stick with each other because we're the only ones who were from another class. I got to know her and took back what I thought. From then on, we've been best friends. Then around July, we've gotten quite close with the whole class. Camille and Milka, they're already best friends since elementary. I don't remember much about how we became best friends. It's like we all just clicked. We've been through a lot. I had a lot of best friends in high school, I don't know why though. But they're the "best- est" friends I've ever had. Sure we've had our downs, but we got over it. We tell each other everything up until now and I hope that it stays that way. We have so many goals together like travel to other countries, road trips, and so much more. We always daydream together and we even want to have our own little apartment, but of course, we can't.

 Our friendship is kinda not normal. It's not your typical friendship where girls would compliment each other, no. We always tease each other or greet each other with inappropriate words. Instead of boosting up each others' self-esteem, it's quite the opposite, but there are no hard feelings because we all know that it's just for fun. Hehe. We know if it's too much. Anyway, I don't know what to say about them anymore. Words can't describe them. All I can say is, they're the best friends in the whole wide world and I consider them as my sisters. I love my girls very much and I really hope that our friendship would last even though we're on our separate ways. I know that I won't forget them no matter what.

14 - MNL Adventures

Last August 14, 2015, we had a shooting for the AVP of our speech choir, relating to the poem "I am Filipino." First, they gad a shooting at APC's Discussion Room. After that, we went to the LRT station. The lines were long, but not long enough that the trains are crowded. In fact, the train we rode was kinda roomy. It was just John, Eugene, Fevy, and I because we got separated with others, so we just met at Central Station. When we got to Central Station and met up with the others, we went to SM Manila to buy some props. Well, they did. John, Fevy, and I went to eat lunch at the food court. 15 - Anti-Smoking Campaign

  Why are cigarettes legal? That is the question that ran in my head so many times, to be honest. I'm curious as to why they are legal and marijuana is not.  I'm just really curious because think about it: Marijuana doesn't really kill people, but cigarettes do. Marijuana is addictive, but so are cigarettes. Marijuana can cure sickness, but cigarettes don't. I'm not trying to say that marijuana is good and that it should be legal, no. My point is, shouldn't it also be illegal? I think it threatens people's health more than marijuana. Cigarettes are deadly. I think cigarettes should be illegal because not only it affects the smoker, but also other people who likes to keep themselves healthy, like me. I'm not smoking for a reason and that is to keep myself healthy, but how could I if people around me are smoking?  Second-hand smoking is even more dangerous than first-hand. 9 - Driving Lessons

Last Friday (August 7, 2015), before I went to school for the Freshmen Initial Interview, my father and I went to LTO (Land Transportation Office) to get my student permit. I was really excited because I really cannot wait to learn how to drive and get my driver's license, and it's on my bucket list, but that's beside the point.   I've been bugging them until they finally came with me to the LTO because they said that they could see that I was really determined to learn, which I think was the biggest understatement, because I couldn't stop talking about it.
